The Big-Bee TCN (NSF 2102006)—which has catalyzed and supported the Bee Library since 2021—wrapped up its final digitization activities in August 2025. At the conclusion of the project, the portal contained over 4.1 million bee occurrence records of which 531k images and 330k newly digitized records were added as a result of the TCN’s efforts. The SSH looks forward to continuing collaboration with the Bee Library community and planning for the long-term sustainability of this portal.
