Symbiota Support Hub Transition News

We’re moving!

We are excited to announce that, as of September 2024, the iDigBio Symbiota Support Hub will officially be based out of the University of Kansas Biodiversity Institute & Natural History Museum. The Symbiota Support Hub’s lead PI, Nico Franz, is now the BI/NHM director. Arizona State University has been a fantastic host for our team, and we look forward to even more synergies at the University of Kansas.

What does this mean for you?
Users of portals supported by the Symbiota Support Hub are expected to experience very little change during this transition. Please continue to contact our team through our Help Desk email (help@symbiota.org) rather than Slack or institutional or personal email addresses. To ensure you receive messages from us, please add hub@symbiota.org to your contacts.

Acknowledgements
The Symbiota Support Hub extends sincere thanks to the National Science Foundation and iDigBio’s leadership for their ongoing support in facilitating this exciting transition for our team.
